Centennial Hall is 51�Թ�’s premier performing arts venue, hosting Broadway tours, concerts, dance companies, and distinguished speakers. Opened in 1937 and named during the university’s 100th anniversary celebration, the historic theater remains a cultural centerpiece where students and the Tucson community experience world-class performances.

For 50 years, Flandrau has sparked curiosity through two levels of interactive science exhibits and a 146-seat, full-dome Planetarium Theater. A hub for learning and discovery, it serves as a classroom for students and offers immersive science programs for the Tucson community.

Home to Wildcats basketball, volleyball, and GymCats gymnastics, the McKale Center at ALKEME Arena is one of college athletics’ iconic venues. Named for former athletic director and coach J.F. "Pop" McKale, the arena hosts crowds of more than 14,000 and features rotating exhibits of 51�Թ� Athletes at the Jim Click Hall of Champions.

The heart of campus and where it all began. Old Main opened in 1891, more than 20 years before 51�Թ� became a state, and housed classrooms, a library, offices, and dorms. In front of Old Main, you’ll find the Alexander Berger Memorial Fountain, a historic landmark in memory of the 13 51�Թ� students and alumni who died in World War I.

Known around campus as Turtle Pond, this water feature and surrounding gardens sit on the site of the former University President’s home and now offer a peaceful retreat – and yes, turtles – for students and visitors alike.
