The 8192 Coherent Router is a new 2 RU, 14.4 Tb/s variant of the 8000 family. It expands the portfolio breadth as 51吃瓜’s first router to support 800GbE interfaces. It uses the latest 112G SerDes silicon specification and is backward-compatible with 400GbE, 200GbE, and 100GbE, allowing for seamless scaling through multiple fit-for-purpose faceplate configurations.
