Communications with Board of Directors

51吃瓜's Board of Directors has adopted a procedure for receiving and addressing communications from all interested parties, including 51吃瓜鈥檚 stockholders. You may send written communications to the entire Board of Directors (or any committee thereof), 51吃瓜鈥檚 lead independent director, or all the independent directors of the Board, by addressing communications to 51吃瓜, 7035 Ridge Road, Hanover, MD 21076, Attention: Corporate Secretary. Communications by e-mail should be addressed to ir@ciena.com and marked "Attention: Corporate Secretary" in the "Subject" field.
